Shortly after I began writing music using Fibonacci numbers
and the golden ratio, I began producing visual art; the musical
results I had achieved with the golden ratio inspired an expansion
of my work into the visual world. Thus my music and my visual art
originate from the same aesthetic principle.
My visual art focuses primarily on the use of the golden ratio,
as opposed to my music, which focuses most attention on integer
sequences related to the Fibonacci numbers and the golden ratio.
As a proportion, I see it as the greatest possible source of
unity in art. This view stems from the mathematical fact that
the golden ratio is the only ratio where the smaller part is
to the larger part as the larger part is to the whole.
I invite you to take a look at my visual art here, which has
not yet been exposed to the public in art galleries. Most of
my artwork adorns the walls of my apartment.
